One of the few black corn varieties, the Black Aztec traces back to the 1800s. The plant (1,8 meters tall) produces high yields of beautiful 20 to 25 centimeters long black corn. Excellent variety for roasting and grinding into cornmeal. It's a good choice for cornmeal or flour. Also used for fall decorations. An excellent choice for home gardens and market growers.
